SonneyFam Holdings was formed in 2025 to do two things well: incubate new technology companies from concept to launch, and hold concentrated positions in private technology ventures we know closely.
We are not a fund. We don't manage outside money, and we don't solicit external investment. That independence is deliberate — it lets us act on a horizon measured in decades, not quarters, and judge each opportunity on its own merits, not against a mandate.
The company is led by operators with prior experience building technology companies.
Our work is concentrated, patient, and private. The best positions are the ones we build ourselves — or the ones we can hold long enough for the thesis to play out.

We take concentrated positions in a handful of private technology companies — where we have conviction, context, and a direct relationship with the founders.

No exit timeline. No quarterly pressure. Our horizon lets us hold through cycles short-term capital cannot.
